I spent several years in higher education studying various art courses and finishing up with a degree from Swansea University in Illustration. I stayed in higher education for a long time because I just loved to spend my time painting and perfecting my painting technique. Music and film have played a big part in my life and I very much draw my inspiration from them, I now spend my time painting images that I would have on my own walls, mostly black and white acrylic on canvas but enjoy playing around with a bit of colour here and there too.I don’t consider myself to be an artist, just a perfectionist who is still trying to figure out the best way to use paint.
